What would his position be? LB coach? They already have a DC, so Im thinking there's nothing to this. He already turned down MSU as well as others in the past few years.

Would he leave for anything less then a HC position at this point? Would he go for a DC gig? I kinda doubt it. Iowa gave him a huge raise to be the LB coach/assistant HC. The only thing I'd dislike about him leaving would be the timing. Cause had he bailed prior to Woods leaving then Woods coulda been the LB/Special teams coach and not left.
