NO EMOTION

Captain Kirk has NO emotion on the sidelines any more which works okay when a player or players on the field step up and provide the spark. This team appears to have no one willing to step up and provide the emotional spark needed. I'd like to see Ferentz more emotionally fired up - he looked like he was attending a funeral on the sidelines today (which actually turned out to be pretty accurate when all was said and done).

This team has been fairly emotionless the last few years. I'm not surprised anymore with the lack of it. But rather disappointed.

I'm not sure if I'm the only one, but 1/2 the time it doesn't look like they're even having fun.

Can't change Kirk's personality ... He is who he is ... Bad example to use here, but OSU seemed to do pretty well under Tressel -- a guy even more laid back than Kirk ...

I like Kirk's demeanor. He gets fired up once in a while when it's necessasry, but I'm glad he doesn't act like an azz on the sideline like more and more coaches do these days.
