Clearly, Kirk is going nowhere anytime soon (in my opinion) but looking at the remaining schedule this year and the following three seasons, what do people think he needs to accomplish to keep his job beyond that point? Or are the results going to be that bad that he won't make it that far?

After this year I think those schedules are pretty favorable, I could see 3 to 4 losses each year?

With an experienced QB, the new divisions and favorable schedules, Iowa should have a good chance for 8-9 wins (or more) each of the next two seasons. That is why it is extremely important to get bowl eligible this year and get the extra practices. Getting that 6th win this year looks tough, though. A decent team could start 6-1 or even 7-0 in 2014.

That 2014 schedule is a joke. 2016 is a nice home schedule.
