Haven't been home for 11 months but my 79 year old dad and I have been planning a South Dakota pheasant trip for a while. Left for Iowa this morning from Kentucky and met dad at the Panera in the Coralville mall.
Decided to grab a sandwich and got in line only to see directly in front of me the unmistakable golden locks of Mr CJ Beathard. I mentioned to him to hang in there and his shot will come and that us Hawk fans were proud if him etc. He seemed genuinely appreciative that someone would say something to him.
Nice kid and I really believe he has the higher upside and needs to get more PT.
