There are several things we aren't ready for! Very maddening we do not see week to week progression out of these guys. This is what I am most upset with historically we have the arrow pointing up getting better week to week. This def is a head scratcher

The play calling is atrocious but JVB and his pass progression is god awful for a 5th year guy. He just stares down his primary read let's and pisses himself if it is not there

I would rather go for a rb with low miles just my opinion.

We need new blood. Could stand to make upgrades on several positions on staff. I think Kirk should take a youth movement at several coaching positions.

Kirk should interview any and all that apply. Someone can come out of left field and shock us all. There are lots of good young talented coaches out there that Kirk can pull on and eventually hand the reigns over to when he decides to become neighbors with hayden!

I for one am good with his decision to leave! He did work hard to get back. Had to be more to the story here. Good luck hope the kid learns and finds success. He would have been a good one based on the small sample we have to go off of. Has talent for sure seems like difference of opinion here...
