Giving up 95 pts is almost unwatchable. We won't win until there is a paradigm shift in our thought. Fran's message of pushing the basketball and playing uptempo is not quite synergistic w/ playing tough defense/winning basketball. Fran knows this, but our players haven't gotten the message...

I've said the same thing as above about CJF. He seems top-heavy when he runs. He goes down easier than anyone I've seen, small running backs included. I still think he'll be good for us.

Bob Knight has a demon or two (who doesn't) but he's one of the greatest basketball coaches the game as known. I won't defend some of his actions, but he is a heckuva basketball mind. Also, I will never forget his comments when Chris Street passed. Go Hawks!

I haven't read everyone's comments, but this will be a huge positive for this year's team. Players tend to coast in practice when they can't be challenged by the guy across from them. I often would practice different things with my starting lineup against 7 players to make it more challenging...
