    John Clay Injured..

From Athlon: Wed 11/10 - Wisconsin running back John Clay (knee) practiced on Tuesday and there is a chance he'll play against Purdue. “My guess, by the reaction John had, he’s going to be ready to play,” coach Brett Bielema said on Tuesday after he bumped into his burly back in the training...

    John Clay Injured..

James White and Montee Ball will fill in nicely behind that line. There's also been speculation on the badger boards about Clay already looking to the NFL and not focusing on this season. Not a big loss IMO.

LOTS of tickets still available on Craigslist. We just scored 4 on the 35 yard line, row 25 (section 22) for $8 under face.

Is it just me or is the tackling so far this year been atrocious?

Along that same line . . . did anyone catch the Carolina Panthers game yesterday? Chris Gamble whiffed on a tackle but Charles Godfrey came in and wrapped the dude with a nice open field tackle. The guys doing the game kept commenting on how great his technique was, then they showed Gamble's...

    Softball Complex Parking Lot?

We've parked there for the past 2 or 3 years and never had issues. We're usually there 2.5 hours before gametime and there are never more than 25 cars.

Who gets their way in alignment: Wisconsin or Iowa?

When will the final decision on realignment be made? Can it wait until 11/21/10? There may be some short lived knee-jerk consideration to keep Iowa on the other side of the fence from OSU should the Hawks beat Wisky and OSU and win the Big 10 title this year.

Trophy Ideas for Iowa v Nebraska

I like the Missouri River Melee. What about 'The Border Brawl for the Huskeye Cup' It could be a big cup (think Stanley) with corn in it. I can see the opening video now......the scoreboard is black, the stadium is silent, then the ominous music starts with the words "2 Teams, 1 Cup". :)

    According to Frank the Tank.....

It'd be harder for Mizzery to cancel their games against the Hawks if they joined the Big TenlevenSixteen too.

    Expansion = Ferentz Concern

I always thought KF would entertain the NFL for the challenge it presented. What greater challenge than smacking around 1 of the 2 Big XII bullies every year?

    CFN Analyzing Iowa's Schedule

Decent outsider analysis, except for that whole "attention to details" thing. Hawks beat the kitties 21-10, not 18-10. The game must've ended past his bedtime. Also, Paul RHOADS coaches lil' sis, not his doppleganger Paul Rhodes. Despite the obvious 8th grade study hall posting, I'd take 10-2...

    Why not Brad Stevens?

I agree. Just making the point that the head coach isn't necessarily the reason for the success at any program. What would Alford be without Neal?

    Why not Brad Stevens?

The clowns went the "Panther" way and that didn't pan out. Anyone close to the program has said Jacobson was the real mastermind behind their success. Maybe Stevens was the guy at Butler. It appears he can at least talk to his players.
