Crap, it is behind a pay wall. The headline and what I could read does not surprise me. Bowl games are cheap, people watch football on TV, and most players love them as not everyone is a Notre Dame. Added bonus we get to see Fry go off on them every year.

I like I would love this but it won't happen because of money. Those non conference games mean more money to the schools, the more home games then the more they can sock me for season tickets. Conference championship games will never go away either, those are huge TV money makers. Playoffs...
