Its important to remember that the new staff they put in place at Vandy has been imaginative and progressive as they've built this program using their own formula. Pavia was a big part but that program has taken an about face. They'll continue to be very competitive going forward.

Pavia appeared to be the most disliked sports figure I've ever seen on x.com . His douchebagery is likely costing him focus. Looking closer at his numbers, Mizzou and OU kept him well in check. I think the hawks can do similar.

I thought that too. Then remembered that rumors were quietly circulating for several months...so the agents knew the rumors and so did their clients. So Matt probably knew.

Maybe you're right. At the same time, Iowa will score on Vandy. This isn't a team like 2015 where they were exausted and spent from the B1G Championship game. Better teams kept Vandy's scoring in a managable range. I trust vegas' read on this.

Lets hope the Vandy team takes a good hard look at those stats, pour on a helping of SEC superiority, distraction with heisman, and they show up and get beat.

So far ISU, KSU, Baylor, Rutgers and ND have opted out of bowls I'll bet they find the off season work easier to accomplish / portal / planning / etc etc not to mention new staffs being in place.
