John Walters is the worst!

Then John Walters in the radio broadcast would talk about how terrible of a call it was. I had to push snow last night and listened to the game on the radio. Talk about nails on the chalkboard.

Per Keith Murphy's Facebook page. "With rumors flying, Iowa QB CJ Beathard tells reporters in Iowa City he is sore/banged up, but fully expects to play Saturday at Northwestern. Beathard says he can't discuss specifics of any injury. (Thank you to Register's Chad Leistikow for the relay.)"

Kirk never said the injuries were significant. He said in his post game interview that he didn't know the extent of the injuries so they were going to treat then as if they are significant so they can prepare the back ups just incase they can't go.

I went. CJB is the clear starter and there will be no debate about it this year. The offensive line really struggled opening holes up for the running backs and did not give CJB OR Wiegers a lot of time to throw. I thought the defense looked good overall and the defensive players on...

The sad thing is how many of those players the bears drafted....

I predict Adam will average 40 min./game, 45 ppg, 22 blocks/game, and 35 rebounds/game.

I am hopeful he will improve next year. Right now, it seems like he has very little pocket awareness, can't feel where the pressure is coming from, and gets anxious and scrambles into a defender who was being blocked.

I ususally consider myself a pretty optimistic Iowa fan. But after this disappointing season and seeing what we lose and who we have coming back, I just don't have a good feeling about next year. Can anyone hear help cheer me/my fellow hawk fans up? Homer? Anyone?
