Since the beginning of the semester, Evans & one of the other frosh wrestlers have been on quite the underage tear. I've been biting my tongue about it all season but I hope they get this sh$t outta their system because we really need BOTH of them!!!

I didn't mean to imply that he was a bad person, I think he's a super nice guy. Left a lot to be desired as a wrestling coach.

With all due respect, as a WSR alum of a longtime ago, hopefully RR doesn't get it back. It has been fun watching WSR being a wrestling power, hopefully it stays that way.

I've known Bruce for the last couple of years & he was one of the nicest men I've ever known in my life. He'll surely be missed.

I think the harder part than getting good kids, is getting good kids to take partials to get a nice competitive room. How deep are they if Taylor, Wright, or anyone else gets injured? We always seem to have one rough weight a year, '97 & '65 the last few years, and '49 this year.

Like I said, I'll eat some crow but the way he wrestled, or should I say, didn't wrestle in the match against Rutt, is exactly why GG frustrates me. It should have never come to OT if Grant would have been more aggressive.

Grant's not "getting" it, extends as far back as his freshman year of high school @ City High when Coach Smith called him out on his work ethic. & you can read into Grant's transfer to West High as a result of that.

& it is striking that even with our losses, PSU is beating us on bonus points (12 I think, thru last night).

If Grant could put two matches together like he did against Wright, then I wouldn't be making this arguement. But he doesn't. If he AA's, I'll definitely be the first to say I was wrong. But Even against Leblanc he was making the same mistakes as he did in the pigtail match. But what the f#@k do...

15-1 wasn't as impressive as the 12+ bonus points they scored to me. Very uncharacteristic of a Kale coached team.

I see just the opposite, guys like Marion, DSJ & Ramos (1st round match) had nice gaps but got complacent in the 3rd period.
