Like one of the football players said, there's a reason they don't let players have their Twitter accounts, and there's a reason they don't let every player talk to the press. The press can only report on what gets reported to them.
I think it's actually going to end very well for Iowa football, one way or another. We'll probably say goodbye to some coaches, including Doyle, but I think the coaches that stay and/or join will bring a different culture to the team. Kind of interesting that Coach White was listed as a reason...
I really hope everyone can get their voices heard. I really hope that the offending parties leave or redeem themselves, one way or another. This could end in a sweeping overhaul.

STOP THIS RHETORIC. THEIR NATIVE LAND IS AMERICA. IF YOU WERE BORN IN IOWA, YOU ARE AN IOWAN NATIVE. IF YOU WERE BORN IN CALIFORNIA, YOU ARE A CALIFORNIA NATIVE. IF YOU WERE BORN IN AMERICA, YOU ARE A NATIVE AMERICAN.
(the people you think are "native americans" are INDIGENOUS PEOPLE).
THIS IS THEIR HOMELAND, YOU IDIOT. NOBODY WANTS TO GO HOME, THEY ARE HOME. THEY WANT A BETTER HOME FOR THEMSELVES, THEIR LOVED ONES, AND THE PEOPLE THAT FOLLOW THEM. NOBODY WANTS TO 'GO HOME'.
Please quit in the middle of a project at work and see how you're received by your boss and/or coworkers. I guarantee it'll be different than if you were to wait until after the project was finished. Not to mention the fact that you quit but are still being paid for work you're not doing.
As someone with post concussion syndrome from my childhood head trauma, I can definitely understand why someone would step away from the game. I think kicker22 might be spot on with his idea that the big hits of college became the average hits of the pros.
Part of me hopes that Borland goes...
