WTH is up with Joe Weiskamp? He seems to have lost something mentally. Fran should be 100% focused on getting his confidence back or Garza's monster season is wasted. Luka can't do it alone.

Every Iowa player shot 50% or higher from the floor last night, except Bohannon. He shot 2/12. He needs to get healthy. Iowa will be fine.

I was born in 1980... but I think Garza is the best big man Iowa's ever had. Most of the time we get one that looks to have talent and they barely get better by their senior year.

On offense this is the who should be our main scoring threats: 1. Tyler Cook 2. Joe Weiskamp 3. Luka Garza 4. Isiah Moss 5. Jordan Bohannon If they run the offense through these guys in this order they will be successful. Garza and Weiskamp carried the load in the 2nd half yesterday.

Indian Hills in Ottumwa has the #1 ranked NJCAA men's basketball team. They are undefeated at 31-0 heading into the national tournament. So at least there's some good basketball being played in the state. Maybe Fran should take a trip down there if he's gotta replace Cook.

This is just dumb IMO. Two years ago everyone wanted him fired.. And now one good season with a weak-as-can-be schedule that ended in a blowout loss in the Rose Bowl and he's given an extension with 5 years left on his current contract. What kind of business are they running down there?
