Not sure I see his reasoning for putting him in at the end of the game at Minnesota either. He sat most the second half and hadn't been in for such a long period and then put him in with the game on the line and he promptly passed it to Fran on the sideline for a turnover and a L.

Posted this on a different forum but do you think Kirk comes back from his trip if HIS kid is one of the players in the hospital? If he would do it for his own kid then he should have done it for the kids whose parents trust him with their well being while they are at college at Iowa.
